In this room, everyone listens and everyone speaks.
What Prod Loop does
A structured programme that builds the skills, instincts, and relationships that make you a better PM.
From past cohorts
I came here thinking I was a Product Manager. I left realising I have mostly been an executor.
If the original problem is wrong, you are just collecting salary and building the wrong thing.
I realised I cannot talk my way around problems anymore. I have to think clearly.
How every session runs
Every session opens with a rapid round on the week's topic. No preparation needed. The point is to surface what you already think and what you do not yet know.
One hour in small groups working through the week's case. Get aligned before the room comes together. Disagreement at this stage is useful.
The full cohort debates the case for one hour. Mentors challenge. Peers push back. The best insight does not always come from the person who talks most.
Work continues between sessions. Each week you apply what you learned to your own product challenge and bring it back to the group.
The eight weeks
From executor to leader. The shift most PMs never make consciously, from shipping tasks to owning outcomes.
Finding problems that are worth solving. Not every problem on your backlog deserves to be there.
Learning to make people see what you see. The best idea is worthless if you cannot bring others along.
Turn goals into decisions. Strategy is the logic that explains every decision you make and everything you choose not to do.
A deliberate pause before the second half. You revisit the challenge you set in Week 1 with fresh eyes.
Making numbers speak. Learn to choose the metrics that matter and translate them into narratives that move people.
You build your own AI agent. You leave with it working.
Present your Product Case and your personal Product Growth Roadmap. Where you started, what changed, where you go next.
Week 7
Week 7 is a full build week. You leave with a working AI agent configured for your PM context, your stakeholders, and your workflow.
Set up your project with your PM principles as the foundation
Add your stakeholder map and communication context
Configure your product workflow and document rules
Test, iterate, leave with it live
Who is in the room
Cohorts are small. Everyone in the room needs to be someone the others can learn from.
3 to 7 years of experience, ready to move from execution to real product leadership.
Building sharper product instincts and learning to make better decisions faster.
Moving closer to product and wanting a structured, practical way to get there.
September 2026
Cohort 3 runs September to October 2026. Spots are limited. When the room is full, it is full.
